A National Day of Action will take place this Friday 17th June for Art Workers in the Inner West of Sydney to be held outside the Neighbourhood Centre, Newtown (on the green square at Australia St near King Street) at 11:30am – 12:30pm.
Speeches to address cuts to Arts Funding will be made by Brianna Munting, Deputy Director NAVA (National Association for Visual Artists), Barry Keldoulis, Federal candidate for the Arts Party and Jim Casey, Federal candidate for the Greens Party.
Together we will form a human picket fence stand shoulder to shoulder and form lines around the square. Please wear black join us but let us know that you are attending for numbers!
