Spanning 30 years, The Landscape Revisited brings together photomontages based on early Australian paintings from the Heidelberg School with new iterations of Modernist works by Drysdale and Nolan that rewrites colonial narratives, challenges stereotypes and constructs less Anglo-centric image of Australia.
The exhibition contains original prints from The Landscape Re-presented 1983-85 together with original collages, photomontages, source material and a collection of related items and objects that reference these historical landscape works.
